Very nice old place, I appreciated to be here.
Stunning location of the hotel to Johannesburg-Gariep dam. I stayed here before, always en suite and huge rooms with comfortable bed...

I appreciated the very nice old and wonderful old hotel.
The rooms were a nice size with a fireplace kept by the really helpful staff. Having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge was very convenient. The location was stunning and lovely, to Addo Park or to the coast.

The attention to detail in the rooms was outstanding, with a unique open bathroom concept and a cozy fireplace. The selection of fresh fruits provided was a delightful touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast offered each morning.

Spending my New Year's Eve at this charming guest farm was an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was delectable, made with fresh ingredients and served with warm hospitality. The location was perfect; we enjoyed stunning views of the surrounding countryside, and the historic landmarks just a short drive away added to our enjoyment. Plus, the farmhouse architecture added a sense of enchantment to our stay.
The Wi-Fi signal was weak and slow at times, which made it challenging to stay connected. And while we appreciated the quaint charm of the accommodation, the pillows were not comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

We had a truly relaxing stay at a charming guest farm. The old home was beautifully maintained, and we were delighted by the fascinating displays. Sonika, the manageress, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even made a dinner reservation for us. The breakfast was exceptional and definitely worth staying for two nights. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, this was a truly homey experience. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

The historic family home was so rad, surrounded by the coolest Karoo landscape and gnarly mountains in the distance. The rooms were super comfy, with air-conditioning, coffee makers, and hairdryers. We felt like total VIPs. Plus, the hosts were awesome and served up the tastiest breakfast. It was like a dream, dude!
The only bummer was that there wasn't a cool party spot on the farm for us young party animals. We wished there was a sick hangout area where we could chill and have fun with our friends.

Title: A Pleasant Surprise
Oh, just a tiny inconvenience - a hairdryer would have been nice.

We spent Christmas at a charming farm property in a rural setting, with a cozy and well-decorated room that exceeded our expectations. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed the homemade breakfast and the opportunity to explore the surrounding countryside on foot.
The farm was isolated from any shopping or entertainment options, requiring a longer drive to reach amenities. the open shower concept in the rooms could be uncomfortable for some guests, especially when sharing the space with friends or family.

This hotel truly captures the essence of a bygone era. The charming, historic farmhouse is exquisitely furnished with antique pieces, immersing you in a delightful journey back in time. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, making your stay feel as though you are stepping into a museum. The location on a tranquil farm adds an extra touch of serenity, allowing you to fully appreciate the beauty of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast served here is simply delicious, with a selection of fresh fruits that perfectly complement the homely ambiance.
No improvements needed, everything was absolutely wonderful.

The time-travel-like experience in the beautifully designed old house was simply mind-blowing! The hosts, beyond amazing, made our short stay unforgettable. The stunning surroundings offered jaw-dropping sunset views from the bridge, even with thunder and lightning. Top-notch service and a museum-like atmosphere made this stay exceptional. A must-visit gem ranking in the top 4 of our 15 B&Bs in South Africa! The hosts' fantastic dinner under the starry Karoo sky was superb. The tranquility, exquisite decor, and Alex's hospitality were simply super. Worth the 35km detour! Would highly recommend.
